although I don't think I've seen you since ConJose--maybe a later BayCon? We met at ConDigeo--the SanDiego NASFIC with lots of typos. I had never seen your work before then, and I think I tagged along as much as I could. I know you had at least one workshop/lecture that knocked me over with your sensible approach to materials in choosing colored pencils, and what you could do with them.

I was reading jaylake's journal, having been linked to it off of dsmoen's journal, when I came across your name. I have friended you, and if you ever get around to posting, you may friend me too. MOST of my entries are friends-locked due to a couple of trolls a couple of years ago.

I have a membership in 2011 Westercon, being held in San Jose, and I hope to attend. I also hope to be able to attend the Worldcon in Reno that year, too--but finances dictate how many cons I get to attend, along with other moneysinks.

I hope things are going reasonably well for you.
